1. What’s your style philosophy?

Don’t blend into the crowd- its good to take some risks and accept different is cool.

2. What can customers expect from a virtual personal shopping service with you?

Think of it as an informal chat to bounce some ideas, it can last as long as you like. Whether you’re looking for something small to enjoy the warmer weather in or a full wardrobe overhaul, I’ve got your back and some insider knowledge to save you time trawling through the internet.

3. In your opinion what’s the best way to update your wardrobe for summer?

Bringing a variety of colour, I love the retro 1980s shades on the rise with a pop of pink from Prada or turquoise from Dolce & Gabbana. When it comes to print, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more summer-inspired piece than Dolce & Gabbana’s tropical plant and animal print jacket complete with vintage branding. It’s the kind of piece that you put on and it just radiates positive energy.

4. How can you help a customer shopping for an upcoming occasion?

You can make a booking and I will be waiting to give advice on style, shape and show you options, while also taking into account the location, budget and time of year, such as rescheduled nuptials.. Weddings tend to no longer be a one outfit event, so I’ll be on hand to help you with pre and post-wedding celebration outfit suggestions if needed.

1. What’s your style philosophy?

This quote by Henry Ward Beecher perfectly sums up my style philosophy ‘clothes and manners do not make the man; but, when he is made, they greatly improve his appearance’. My approach to personal styling is to create a signature style for each of my customers and to tailor that style to reflect their lifestyle.

2. What can customers expect from a virtual personal shopping service with you?

I will provide as similar an experience as possible to that which I provide in-store, catering specifically for those who lead busy lives. Personal shopping experiences can be facilitated through face time or zoom and can be tailored to specific time requirements to make the most of your time.

3. In your opinion what’s the best way to update your wardrobe for summer?

Incorporating an injection of the key trends of the season into your signature style. You don’t need to transform your wardrobe however, blacks and navy of last season can be toned down and replaced with brighter and fresher colours.

4. How can you help a customer shopping for an upcoming occasion?

First of all, it’s important to adhere to the dress code whilst keeping the personal style of the customer in mind. For weddings, in particular, it is important to research what other guests may be wearing. It is also important to consider the location of the event and the time of year in which the event will take place. What may be appropriate in Ireland may not be appropriate abroad.

5. What do you think are key buys to invest in right now?

Leonardo Da Vinci said ‘Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication’. That has always been my motto. A well-tailored navy blazer, a crisp white shirt and the perfect pair of jeans are my top buys this season.

A good fit is paramount. I have a strong emphasis on classics cuts, fabrics and tones. Get the basic just right and you can always reflect some personality through accessories.

2. What can customers expect from a virtual personal shopping service with you?

You can expect to have the same level of attention to detail and service virtually as you can from any consultation in person, as we talk face-to-face onscreen. Let me be your eyes and ears for what’s in store and what can be tailor-made.

3. In your opinion what’s the best way to update your wardrobe for summer?

My top three investment items for summer is a good pair of sunglasses, a breathable linen shirt and a pair of classic tailored shorts. Once you have these in your wardrobe your look will be transformed for the season.

4. How can you help a customer shopping for an upcoming occasion?

Although it is virtual the consultation can still be personal and our expertise stays the same. We can pick out the perfect suit for all your need with a few simple questions.

5. What do you think are key buys to invest in right now?

Now that a lot of people are working at home it has slightly relaxed the typical office look. Some may still want to look professional in a zoom meeting and now is the perfect time to invest in relaxed unstructured jackets and soft fibres like Eleventy or classic comfort like Smedley.
