Corduroy collars, corozo buttons, tartan linings and leather trims, the hallmarks of a heritage Barbour are reborn and re-imagined in their signature waxed cotton and quilted jackets as the design team looks back on the 125 year old archive to celebrate this landmark anniversary. Hand crafted by artisans at their South Shields factory in the North East of England, this Gold Standard sub-line of truly luxe creations is bond-approved, counting Daniel Craig among its early fans.
Quality and durability doesn’t come much better than Barbour. In fact, jackets found in the Barbour archive dating from 1910 are still in excellent condition today. This is down to the complex and skilled construction (an average jacket has over 160 parts) and the high quality fabrics that when cared for correctly can outlive their owner, offering warmth and protection for generations.
Face of this campaign and Hunger Games and Peaky Blinders star Sam Claflin is captured in the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands, demonstrating the robust practicality of this outerwear and also it’s elegant design.
