How to Use: Use once daily in the evening. Apply face toner to face and neck with a cotton pad or fingers. For scalp: apply to dry scalp three times a week, tilting the head back and sweeping the nozzle from front to back. Massage in and leave on. Do not rinse off. This facial toner increases sun sensitivity: use sunscreen daily.
