NOT ALL SYNTHETIC BRUSHES ARE CREATED EQUAL: Natural bristle brushes have cuticles which pick up pigment and release it evenly for a seamless blend and flawless finish however these brushes aren’t vegan. Conversely, synthetic brushes have little to no texture meaning there’s a high concentration of product on application so you must work harder to blend to achieve a natural finish. We worked tirelessly to find a makeup brush solution which means we can maintain being proudly vegan and cruelty free without having to compromise on performance, so often found with synthetic makeup brushes.

We partnered with brush experts Smith Cosmetics and an innovative lab in China with a patented brush technology to produce 13 synthetic makeup brushes which mimic the cuticles of natural hair. This means VIEVE Makeup Brushes slowly disperse product allowing for a natural blend and a flawless finish with powder, cream and liquid formulas. Each brush has been ergonomically designed to give you maximum comfort and control, allowing you to create effortless and experimental makeup looks.

Unlike most brushes which are made from compressed wood chips, VIEVE brush handles have been carved from a single piece of wood meaning it can expand and compress, wherever you take it, last longer.
