  • Nose: Coffee cake, toasted nuts, worn leather. Taste: Nutmeg, vanilla, wood tannis. Finish: Pot still spice, subtle fruits, fresh oak.
  • This whiskey's story began in 1988 in a bourbon barrel before curosity got the better of us. After its 30 year start it was refilled into this rare mizunara cask from Japan for 3 years. The result, a perfect harmony of spicy pot still and perfumed oak.
