Get The Look: Sofia Richie
If you're anything like us, you've been obsessing over Sofia Richie's elegant and exquisite wedding looks. The model married Elliott Grainge in the south of France in a beautiful ceremony and a days-long affair. The wedding itself was stunning, but it was Sofia's many outfits that caught the attention of fashion-lovers the world over. Her wedding day looks were custom-made by CHANEL, making them truly one of a kind, but we've done our best to recreate our favourite outfits below.
Posing in front of a vintage car days before the big event, Sofia looked picturesque in a matching
set and effortlessly cool shades. With her hair slicked back with a patterned scarf and her wrist
stacked with bracelets, this look gave us major Mediterranean summer vibes.
Our version consists of a matching skirt and top, slip on kitten heels and, of course, the perfect pair of sunglasses.
This time, Sofia opted for a crochet-top halter maxi dress with a pop of blue. Holding a hot pink top-handle bag, she looked the epitome of balmy summer style. We love these black maxi options with a little drama on the neckline.
Pictured here in a collared white mini dress, Sofia incorporated a little colour into her look with a beaded bracelet and pink flats. The beaded jewellery trend is embodied this summer by Anni Lu, as seen in our picks below.
The Wedding Day
On the big day itself, Sofia wore 3 custom-made dresses by CHANEL. This was the one she wore at her
reception and we are in love. Inspired by a Claudia Schiffer runway look from 1993, this beautiful
mini encapsulates the fun and love of the reception celebration.
Our options may not be custom CHANEL pieces, but we do love the idea of a mini dress for the reception. After all, it's easier to dance in! Browse our party-ready suggestions below.
Bonus: The Beauty Look
Richie's wedding day look was created by makeup artist Pati Dubroff. Dubroff used a number of CHANEL products, some of which are unfortunately now discontinued. Browse below to see the products we'd use to recreate the look, featuring some of the same ones Dubroff used to create Richie's glowy, timeless look.
