How to Use: Use #16 Blush Brush (sold separately) to sweep Light Reflecting™ Luminizing Powder along cheekbone and blend toward hairline with emphasis on the high point of the cheeks. Use #15 Precision Powder Brush (sold separately) to apply to tops of cheekbones. Use tip of brush to sweep down center of the nose and lightly brush onto cupid’s bow.
