How To Use: Hold the brush wand horizontally, press the inner-curve side into the root of the lashes and gently pull upwards. Using the outer-curved side, wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip in order to separate, lift and define lashes. Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner and outer corners as well as lower lash line.
