24 Hours With Master Trainer Kirsty Godso
Whether you’ve taken one of her classes or scrolled through her Instagram, it doesn’t take long to figure out that Kirsty Godso is a major triple threat. Not only is the New Zealand born beauty a globetrotting Master Trainer, she’s also a savvy entrepreneur (with several top secret projects in the works), and a social media maven.
Needless to say, there’s no such thing as downtime in Kirsty’s warp speed world. What’s your morning beauty routine?
I'm always pressed for time, but make sure I cleanse and do my lashes. 3 Steps To Conceal Dark Undereye Circles
If you feel like your under eye circles are a never ending battle, try this three-pronged approach to achieve beautiful, bright eyes every day.
Gently pat on eye cream
The skin beneath your eyes is the thinnest skin on your entire body. This means that blood vessels can peep through and seemingly cast a dark shadow under your eyes, even when you’re not tired or run down. Frustrating, right? Starting at the inner corner of your eye, apply black eyeliner, like Clinique Skinny Stick, along your upper lashes, extending the line down slightly past the outer corner. It’s essentially a straight extension of your lash line.
Retrace only the outer half of the lash line to make it look thicker, creating a 3D “puppy eyes” look.
