Method and Madness Single Malt is the first single malt to be released by Midleton Distillery in recent times and the first of our whiskeys ever to be aged in French Limousin oak. Matured in American bourbon barrels for no less than 14 years, this single malt features a parcel of whiskey enhanced with Limousin oak, which adds a light French floral note giving way to crisp barley and sweet wafer.
