The Shinkansen knife sharpener from Global is an easy to use for both experienced and novice chefs or culinary enthusiasts. With two sets of ceramic sharpening wheels, one coarse and one medium, simply pour water into the reservoir and draw the knife through each set of wheels. Hand-crafted in Japan using traditional artisan technique, Global knives and accessories are a favourite with leading chefs all around the world.
