- We recommend using the sharpening steel for finishing off the edge of your knives, rather than to sharpen if in poor condition or if they haven 't been sharpened for some time
- Composition & Care: Chrome-vanadium stainless steel with a diamond coated steel. Hand wash only in mild soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately
