The Assure knives feature an innovative squared tip which has been designed to maximise safe use in and around the home, ensuring that performance will not be compromised. The first knife in the set is a Peeling Knife with a beak-shaped blade, designed to effortlessly remove the skin of fruits and vegetables. The second knife is a versatile Utility Knife, which serves a multitude of purposes including slicing and dicing. Lastly, we have a Serrated Paring Knife, an indispensable tool for cutting hard skin fruit and vegetables. These knives have stainless steel blades that are rust-resistant and tempered to keep their edges sharp. The squared blades feature a non-stick coating which reduces friction while cutting.
