Duration of the Guarantee</b><br><br>The duration of this Guarantee varies depending on the component and is valid from the original date of delivery. This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser residing in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland<br><br><b><li>Tree Structure and Branches:</b> 2 years<br><b><li>Tree Stand:</b> 10 years<br><b><li>Pre-Lit Electrical Components (if applicable):</b> 2 years<br><br><b> 3.) Provide the following:<br> <li>Proof of purchase <li>Photos and/or video evidence clearly showing the issue<li>Any requested details regarding product usage, storage, and assembly<br><br> 3. Rathwood will assess the claim within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to request additional evidence or information before making a determination.<br><br><b> 4.) Resolution Options</b><br><br> Where a valid defect is identified, Rathwood may, at its discretion:<br><br><li>Repair the item<br><li>Replace the item or relevant component(s)<br><li>Offer a partial refund or store credit<br><li>Provide compensation in lieu of a replacement<br><br><b> 5.) Exclusions</b><br><br> The guarantee does <b>not</b> cover:<br> <li>Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic deterioration from general use or storage.<br><li>Damage from incorrect assembly or failure to follow provided instructions.<br><li>Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering, or modification by the consumer or third party.<br><li>Electrical faults resulting from overloading, external power surges, or improper use.<br><li>Damage caused by exposure to moisture or storage in unsuitable conditions.<br><li>Products used in commercial or non-domestic environments.<br><li>Products sold in Clearance sales or marked as non-returnable/final sale.<br><li>Products exported outside the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.<br><li>Fair wear and tear<br><br><b> 6.) Our Assessment Process</b><br><br> Rathwood investigates all claims individually, in good faith, and in line with our commitment to fair trading. All decisions are made by the Customer Service team in conjunction with our quality assurance and supplier partners.<br><br><b> Important: </b>Rathwood reserves the right not to apply the Guarantee in instances of suspected misuse, excessive wear, or tampering by the customer or any third party</p>"
