Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every £1 spent on our sterling website, and may be redeemed on the site at a rate of 100 points to £1. The loyalty points balance maintained in your loyalty account reflects the euro value of your sterling purchases, based on the exchange rate on the day of purchase.
