• How to use: Brush brows upward and out with the spoolie to see the natural shape and growth of the hair​. Using the tip of the pencil, lightly sketch in the same direction as hair’s natural growth.​ Continue to fill sparse areas throughout the brow and blend using the spoolie for a natural finish.
• Pro-tip: For a fuller brow look, brush a tinted shade of Strength & Length Brow Gel after applying pencil​.
