Hadji Bey’s confectionery has been part of Ireland’s food tradition since 1902 when a young Armenian named Harutun Batmazian set up his stall at the Great Cork International Exhibition making Turkish Delight. He gradually expanded his range to include natural Vanilla Fudge, made with a special grade of vanilla from the island of Madagascar and here packed in our award winning gift drum. Each pack includes a leaflet on aspects of the history of Hadji Bey
