Yes you can shop the products you love from across Fashion, Home, Electrical and Beauty. It may take a day or two longer for your items to be delivered given the current circumstances, however we will do our best to ensure they get to you as soon as possible.
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order and payment for the order is taken. Next, you will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre. Please note orders with multiple items may be sent in separate deliveries and you will receive an email confirming each item for delivery once they have each been dispatched.
At this time our deliveries are taking a little longer as we adhere to strict safety measures, please expect a time frame of up to 7 days for your order to be delivered. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email which will include a tracking number for your order.
Customers who wish to return a purchase made in store before the closure can return it up to 28 days from the date of the store reopening, provided it was purchased at most 14 days before the stores closed.
If you have purchased online from us, we have extended the return period to 28 days from when the purchase is received.
In addition to our usual returns policy, we are pleased to offer an extended returns policy during the Christmas period. Purchases made online and in store from Tuesday, 20th October can be returned with an original/gift receipt until Sunday, 3rd January.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, once our physical stores re-open, please return your product to us and we will assist you as quickly as we can. In the interim, please do not post any faulty items to our stores as these cannot be processed prior to our physical stores re-opening.
The first email you received from us is your order confirmation which confirms we have received your order. The second email is a dispatch email which outlines what you can expect in your delivery. Due to swift turnaround times some items may become out-of-stock between confirmation and dispatch of your order. We will ensure that the total amount of your order is revised to reflect this.

No, Unfortunately we cannot change any shipping/billing address one your order has been placed as our system will not allow this.
You can check your Loyalty Card balance on brownthomas.ie and on the Brown Thomas app.
Yes, simply log into your account before you start shopping. If you already have a Loyalty Card associated to your account, the option to use your points will show up when you reach the checkout.
Yes, you will still receive Triple Points on your birthday.
No unfortunately we cannot facilitate One4All vouchers online.
