Vestiaire Collective Appointment Service

Not only can you browse the beautiful collection of pre-owned fashion classics, you can also make an appointment to bring your own pre-loved pieces to our Dublin store sell through the Vestiaire Collective VIP service. This appointment service is launching exclusively in our Dublin store, running from Friday, 17th - Sunday, 19th May.

VIP Service Overview

Select the items that you wish to sell. A maximum number of 20 items can be brought to an appointment. See below list of acceptance guidelines.

1. Book a one to one appointment using the contact information below and our team will call you to discuss the process.
2. During your one-hour appointment, the Vestiaire Collective team will further explain the service, commission structure and you agree pricing for your items to be sold.
3. The Vestiaire Collective experts take the accepted items from you and take care of everything: packing, pricing, descriptions, photography and complete sales management.
4. Once an item sells you will receive a direct payment of up to 77% of the sale price into your bank account from Vestiaire Collective.

Accepted item condition guidelines

Vestiaire Collective accepts pre-owned men’s and women’s designer items as well as rare, luxury, vintage pieces. Items must be dry cleaned, in very good condition and with an estimated resale value of €200 per item and over. Lower value brands and products such as childrenswear, denim and t-shirts will not be accepted. Customers can bring a max number of 20 items to each appointment.

Terms & Conditions

Customers will be asked to sign a terms and conditions form during the one to one appointment with the Vestiaire Collective team. The agreement is in place directly between the customer and Vestiaire Collective. Vestiaire Collective will coordinate all aspects in terms of the sale or return of items directly with the customer
