HOW TO GET THE ZOË KRAVITZ LOOK FROM HOME
As we all get used to this new normal, inevitably our beauty routines will change. With so much time on your hands right now you may want to experiment with a new beauty look for all those Houseparty and Zoom gatherings popping up. And who better than Zoë Kravitz to be our go-to for a natural yet glowing beauty look.
Here’s a step by step guide from YSL Beauté's makeup artist which you can try at home...
STEP BY STEP HOW TO
STEP 1 - PREP YOUR SKIN
Prep skin with Pure Shots Light Up Serum by pressing into your skin. Then, apply Pure Shots Perfect Plumper Cream for a bouncy texture.
Makeup is an enhancer of who we are, and I think beauty is individuality. That’s the message that I send out.

STEP 2 - ENHANCE YOUR COMPLEXION
For an even finish apply your base with a foundation brush, in Zoe's case the makeup artist applied Touche Eclat Foundation in B40 sand onto her neck and face, after the complexion was blended in, she used the Touche Eclat Illuminating Pen with her fingers around the eyes to brighten, then Touche Eclat High Cover in 4.5 Golden was used in places where more coverage was needed. To set, All Hours Powder in B40 Sand was used to set the forehead, chin, and the sides of the nose.
STEP 3 - ADD GLOW TO CHEEKS
Les Sahariennes Bronzing Stones in Fire Opal was used to warm and sculpt Zoe's cheekbones, then, with a blush brush, the makeup artist softly applied the Couture Blush on the apples of her cheeks, with her fingers. She tapped Touche Eclat Shimmer Stick on the tops of her cheeks, down the bridge of her nose and in the inner corners of the eyes and sides of her forehead.
STEP 4 - BRUSH YOUR BROWS
After brushing up to find the shape, the makeup artist applied Couture Brow Mascara 1 Brun Dore to set the shape. Then, light strokes of Eyebrow Pencil, Glazed brown was used to create a feathered effect at the front and a stronger tail.
STEP 5 - WORK THOSE EYES
To give the soft metallic pop, the sparkling eyeshadow from Eye & Face Palette High On Stars Edition was applied at the centre of the lids with a finger. The makeup artist defined with Eyeliner Automatique in Brown following the lash line. Multiple coats of The Shock Volumizing Mascara in Black were applied to the lashes to create a feathery finish.

STEP 6 - LOVE THOSE LIPS
After blending the Dessin des Levres Lip Liner Pencil in 70 Le Nu on the lips the makeup artist used Rouge Pur Couture The Slim Sheer Matte in 102 Natural Pink directly on the lips in a stamping motion to get a faint colour. Then, she generously applied Volupte Liquid Balm in 1 Night Rebab to coat the lips for maximum shine.
SHINE FROM THE INSIDE
"It might sound corny but beauty really starts on the inside," Kravitz says. "And I mean that emotionally, physically, and mentally. I think eating right and sleeping well and drinking water, all those things are so important. It is so much easier to do your makeup when you're not trying to cover up the bad stuff."
