TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY
Delivery for Christmas hampers is available nationwide Monday – Friday and 7 days in Dublin area. A charge per delivery of €9.95 will apply for instore and online hamper orders. Customers will receive a hamper within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 10.30am to 8pm (weekdays and Saturday) and 12.30pm to 8pm (Sunday). The last online order for Christmas hampers is 12 noon on Wednesday 19th of December. The last delivery for Christmas hampers is Friday 21st of December.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Hampers can only be returned in store with receipt by the customer, with all products in a saleable condition within 14 days from the time of purchase. Refund will only be provided using original payment method. Please note, hampers cannot be returned by post or by our courier partner. See our Returns Policy online for more details.

ALCOHOL
Hampers containing alcohol maybe purchased and/or accepted by persons over 18 years and over during licensing hours in store and online. Photo ID in the form of a Passport, Driving License, European Union National Identity Card or Garda National Age Card will be asked for if the person accepting the hamper looks under the age of 23. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if the person fails to provide ID and looks under the age of 23.
